Tara Niederkorn - 3rd Grade Teacher

Hello! My name is Tara Niederkorn and I am thrilled to be a Nisley Grizzly. I will be joining the staff as a third grade teacher this year. I have been teaching for nine years total; this is my third year in Grand Junction. My previous experience includes first grade, various high school math classes and special education with visually impaired students. I attended the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!) and the University of Nebraska.
In my spare time I love playing with my daughter Maggie, reading, gardening and traveling to see my family. I am very excited about all we will learn and do this year in third grade!                            '

I also spent a year teaching in Chiapas, Mexico where I worked with families in Tuxtla Gutierrez. ¡Hablo Espanol! Si ustedes tienen unas preguntas de la escuela, tarea, o otras programas, por favor llame mi a la escuela (#241-2625).
